How To Install Resources

Basically, you have two choices of how to install resources into your RPG Maker installation. The first choice is to open the folder you installed the RTP into, open the relevant sub-folder for the resource and paste it straight in. If that doesn't work:

  • Open RPG Maker.
  • Click Tool on the menu bar.
  • Click Manager or RAW Material Editor..., depending on which translation and version of RPG Maker you're using.
  • Click the Import button, select your downloaded file and import it.
